Schooling Jumper Rounds + Cross-Country Open Schooling

We will be running a Schooling Jumper Round + Open Schooling event on Sunday October 8, the day after the Eventing Derby. Spend the weekend at Crossgate and compete in both events!
NOTE: You must send in separate entry forms for the Eventing Derby and the Schooling Jumper Rounds/Open Schooling.
Event Format
Riders will have 3 minutes in the ring for each jumper round. Riders may jump the course or jumps in any order or direction they choose, or repeat jumps. Trainers are allowed to coach a rider from inside the ring or along the ringside. Riders may sign up for up to 3 rounds for each class. We will run one ring, starting with crossrails and ending at 3’6”.
Ride times will be assigned and posted by October 2, 2023. Entries must be paid by the event close date of September 30, 2023 to guarantee a ride time. Refunds allowed, less the office fee of $25, for entries scratched on or before September 30, 2023. No refunds will be issued for scratched entries after September 30, 2023.

Concessions
Crossgate Equestrian Center will have a food truck on-site with a limited menu selection (sandwiches, salads, snacks, water, soft drinks, etc.)
Open Schooling
School the cross-country courses after you complete your Jumper Rounds. The courses will be flagged and decorated from the show the previous day, so you and your horse can get the show experience over the jumps! Sign up on the entry form for the Jumper Rounds to get the reduced schooling rate.
